Professional Fees Chargeable - as from 1st April 2008

Initial Appraisal and advice including first meeting and attendance with client at a standard rate. (We can provide estimates of overall budget for a scheme during the Appraisal.) | |

All other items purchased during the course of an instruction are rechargeable at cost to the client.
Payment Terms

All invoices are to be settled within 14 days from the date of issue. After the expiration of the said period of 14 days, interest is chargeable thereon without further notice based on a daily rate of interest on the sum outstanding based on a daily rate of 4% above the base interest rate charged by the Royal Bank of Scotland for the relevant period where the work in question is non-commercial. However, where the work is commercial work then the rate of interest applied shall be the statutory rate of 12.5% throughout. |

Invoices are raised on a periodical basis for periods of not less than two months during the period of each instruction. Normally, the clients will be expected to meet payments for specific instructions on the basis of one-third of the assessed costs payable at the first stage of the instruction, one-third during the latter part of the instruction and one third on completion of the instruction. |
